This Tropical Experience Tours – Bali different, we try to make the experience in Bali more personal and friendly for your clients by allocating the same guide and driver wherever possible, and our fully-licensed guides and drivers are there to ensure they have a great holiday.
TO ENSURE YOUR CLIENTS ENJOY THEIR HOLIDAY, WE ALSO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR YOUR CLIENTS IN BALI
• Personal Meet And Great At The Airport
All clients book with transfer will be met at the airport by a Tropical Experience Tour guide holding a name board and escorted to the vehicle and serve a bottle of cold water for the short journey to the hotel.
• Clients Book With Private Transfer
Private transfers and conducted in specious Toyota Avanza, Suzuki APR, Kia Pregio, Suzuki Elf ( as some shown below ) or private mini-van, and clients are driver directly to their hotel with no waiting for other passengers.
• Clients Book With Share Transfer
This seat-in-coach transfers are operated using mini-vans or buses, depending on passenger numbers. Clients booking these transfers may have to wait other passengers to clear customs, but we guarantee only 2 hotel stops on same way.
• Arrival At The Hotel
Our guide will make sure the cliens are checked in at their hotel and all is to their satisfaction before leaving them.
• Meeting Services and Helpful Advice
At a pre-arranged time the next day, the guide will come to the guests hotel to ensure everything’s is in order and to offer advice on any sightseeing, dinning out or other questions they may have. This is an informal meeting – our guide are committed to providing all our clients with the best experience possible while in Bali, and they do not pressure guests into taking tours.
• Optional Tours and Sightseeing
As a licensed tour company, we can arrange all sightseeing tours for your clients while in Bali, plus we have special discounted prices on places such as Waterbom Park, Cruises, Adventure Tours, Whitewater Rafting,and also Spas in Bali. Our tours are all operated privately, so not only can the clients develop and closes friendship with the guide, they can travel with their leisure and stop as they want, ensuring they get to see what they wish and not simply the tourist spot.
Note : while many local people on the street will offer cheap transport and tours around Bali using private vehicle, these guide are unlicensed and o therefore undermine the Bali tourism aim to provide quality service and high standards that can be enforced. Also, as a general rule, tourist insurance policies do not cover this type of vehicle.
• Departure Flight Reconfirmation
As a service for all clients book with transfer, the departure flight will be automatically
Reconfirmed on their behalf by our office.
One day prior to departure date, we will send a DEPARTURE NOTICE to the clients hotel reconfirming the flight details, departure time, pick up time from the hotel and information regarding departure tax.
• Other Services
If due to any reason if there is the need for assistance (eg ; changing hotels, flights problems, illness or complaint ), the clients need to contact our office. If the location of the hotel within one of the main areas we will send one of our staff to visit the clients personally to assist in any way possible.
