Then proceed to shop for local fruits and flowers at Bedugul’s famous fruit markets before visiting Lake Beratan which fills the ancient crater of Mt. Batukaru and the picturesque Ulun Danu temple. Enjoy the sight of monkeys begin for food a long the reaching the picturesque jungle waterfall, Gitgit waterfall. And then make our way down the mountain to the beach village of Lovina. Candi Kuning Market is the name of traditional fruit and vegetable market situated in the mountain area of Bedugul Bali. The fruits and vegetable are displayed look fresh due to it supplied from the local agriculture field surrounding area. Candi Kuning Market can be visited when passing main road from or to Singaraja.
Ulun Danu Temple, Beratan Lake
The name of Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is taken from the name of the lake where the temple is located. Beratan Lake’s name is inseparable with the name of Beratan Mount like God and Goddess has fertility source, prosperity for the sake well being in life and society life. In papyrus chronicle of Mengwi, Ulun Danu Beratan is called by name Parhyangan Ri Pinggir. Ulun word is comes from Hulu means head or authority where in this case mean God or Goddess. Based on the concept or understanding of Rwabineda (two differences between bad and good), so the Ulun Danu Beratan is meaning a ruler or Danu Goddess.
Gitgit Water Fall is an amazing waterfall from height hill which is encircled by fertile rain forest plantation. This waterfall is situated in the jungle of forest, fresh atmosphere with beautiful panorama of rice terrace are presenting on the way to this waterfall. This waterfall produce the clear water with some time the local children play around and having bath. It is located in Gitgit countryside, Sukasada district and Singaraja regency. It is one of the famous places of interest in north part of Bali. There are two water falls in Gitgit Village which are offering the amazing panorama and geographically, we will visit one of them.
Lovina Beach is one of the famous tourist places in north part of Bali which own beautiful of calm sea water, blackish chromatic sand and the sea with its dolphin. One of the favorite fascinations in Lovina is dolphin watching tour. Hundreds of dolphins can be seen in the morning time around 1 km offshore.
